Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with the Love From You box and products included, we will provide a refund if returned within 30 days. Products must not have been used, opened or tampered with, and will only be refunded if returned in an as new condition.

If a refund is approved, the funds will be processed by our customer service team and will appear in your account within 5 business days.

If your box arrived and an item was damaged while en route, or if an item is missing, please email info@lovefromyoubox.co.nz within 24-48 hours upon receiving your box. 

Please include an image or video of the damaged item or box with the missing item. 

We will do our best to assist but cannot make any guarantees due to limited inventory levels.
