Yes, it sure is! After exploring all the beautiful products
inside, reuse, regift or recycle the box. Store papers or documents, cosmetics
or old photos, refill it with products and give it to someone you love, or
simply pop it in the recycling bin.
Redeem your gift card by entering the gift card code from the e-gift voucher that you received, in the 'Gift Card or Discount Code' field on the right-hand side at checkout.
Gift cards can be redeemed on any gift box products. Please contact info@lovefromyoubox.co.nz if you would like to redeem it on a subscription box.
Click on the 'account' icon which looks like a person (top left hand side of the website, in between the search and shopping cart icons) > scroll down and click on 'click here' underneath the words 'Having issues managing your subscriptions?' > Enter in your email address that you used to subscribe to Love From You.
You will be sent an email - click on the link in the email to create your account. Once your account is created you will be able to change your mailing address, credit card details, and you'll also see when your next payment subscription will be charged.
To
change your mailing address details, login to your account click manage subscriptions > Click Edit (next to your address details), update your address details and save.
Please contact us at info@lovefromyoubox.co.nz if you are unsure if it has been updated, so that we can double check for you.
After your initial purchase (which charges immediately for your first box), your bi-monthly subscription box renewal will always take place on the 28th of the month prior to shipping regardless of when you first signed up.
Billing schedule as follows:
January/February Box – chargeson December 28
March/April Box – chargeson February 28
May/June Box – charges on April 28
July/August Box – chargeson June 28
September/October Box – chargeson August 28
November/December Box – charges on October 28
Example 1: If you sign up and subscribe on July 5, you will receive our July/August box as your first box. You will then be charged on August 28 for the September/October box. After that, you will be billed every 2 months according to our regular billing cycle above.
Example 2: If you signup and subscribe on August 10 but we are sold out of our July/August box, your first box will be our September/October box, which will start shipping on/around September 5. You will then be charged on October 28 for the November/December box. After that, you will be billed every 2 months according to our regular billing cycle above.
If your renewal payment on the 28th declines, a
second attempt will be made the next day.
After 3 attempts our system will stop trying to charge your
account.
If your payment has declined the first time, but you no
longer want the box, you will need to email info@lovefromyoubox.co.nz to FULLY
cancel your subscription. Otherwise, our system will continue to attempt to
renew your subscription until it successfully renews, or when it reaches the 3 attempts.
If you have recently
updated your billing details in your Google wallet, it won’t automatically
update on our system. You will need to update your billing information in your Love From You account by switching
to a different credit card. Login to your account and click on ‘Manage
Subscriptions > Billing Information > Update Card’.
If you purchase a
subscription and the current circulating box is still available, your box will ship within 1-3 business
days after your order has been placed.
If you are purchasing during a pre-order
period, your box will start shipping on/around the 5th every other
month. Please refer to our shipping schedule for more details.
The
cut-off date to subscribe and receive the current circulating box as your first
box is the 15th of the month prior to shipping the next box.

Example 1:
If you subscribe on January 10 and the Jan/Feb box is still available, your
Jan/Feb box will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Your second box will be
the Mar/Apr box.
Example 2:
If you subscribe on February 17, you will be pre-ordering the Mar/Apr box which
will ship on/around the 5th March. Your second box will be the May/Jun box.

click ‘Manage Subscriptions > Delivery Schedule > Skip
PLEASE NOTE
The deadline to skip your
subscription is on the 20th of the month prior to shipping. You have
until the 20th to login to your account and skip a box before the links are
disabled.

You are welcome to cancel your subscription

you are a new subscriber who signed up after our bulk shipping on the 5th, you
box will ship within 1-3 business days after your order has been placed.
Your order may be subject to import
duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Please check with your countries customs to
see whether you'll get charged a fee before purchasing.
Love From
You is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs
clearance.
If you are unhappy with the box and
products included, we will provide a refund if returned within 30 days.
Products must not have been used, opened or tampered with, and will only
be refunded if returned in an as new condition.
If a refund is approved, the funds will be
processed by our customer service team and will appear in your account within 5
business days.
If your box arrived and an item was damaged
while en route, or if an item is missing, please email info@lovefromyoubox.co.nzwithin
24-48 hours upon receiving your box.
Please include an image or video of the
damaged item or box with missing item.
We will do our best to assist but cannot
make any guarantees due to limited inventory levels.
