This privacy policy explains how Love From You Limited, trading as Love From You Box (‘we’ or ‘us’) collects, stores, uses, and discloses any personal information that you provide to us when using this website. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

Advertising services provides by partners

We advertise in a number of ways, including online through managed social media presence. Storage and security

Personal information collected on this website is collected and held by Love From You Limited. We will take reasonable efforts to protect personal information that is held by us from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.  We will keep your personal information for as long as we have a relationship with you. Once our relationship with you has come to an end, we will retain your personal information for a period of time that enables us to maintain business records for analysis and/or audit purposes.  We will delete your personal information when it is no longer required for these purposes. If there is any information that we are unable, for technical reasons, to delete entirely from our systems, we will put in place appropriate measures to prevent any further processing or use of the data. If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to update or revise this privacy policy at any time. Changes to this privacy policy will take effect immediately once published on this website. Please check this privacy policy regularly for modifications and updates. If our company is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we continue to sell products to you.
